They won't be distributing dedicated server files to the public. I'm not sure what this means, i assume it means all servers would be company controlled...

Well at least it's dedicated, but i suppose there will be PBBans considering there's PB. I suppose there'll be FTP and PB remote access, either way anyone would've to purchase a decent server to play on.

Even though you need to modify DLL or EXE files to get VAC banned, there has been reports of viruses from IWNet (and is true) so they could use that mechanism to alter your files
